Cuddlers can verify their identity with a government ID. Verified profiles carry a badge, so you know their identity has been confirmed before you book.
Boundaries are agreed before a session — and either person can revise them at any point during it. Per Floffy policy, “stop” must be honored instantly, no explanation owed, ever.
Cuddlers can start a protected session, and a live timer runs. If they don’t confirm they’re safe when it ends, a grace window opens and we automatically reach out to their chosen safety contact.
Cuddlers can add a trusted person, who confirms in advance. If a session check-in is missed, we automatically call or email them.
In-app chat is automatically scanned for policy violations. Contact details stay gated until a booking is confirmed, keeping interactions on-platform and traceable.
Both sides review each other after a session. Reviews only become visible once both are submitted — encouraging honest, independent feedback rather than reactive reviewing. Each review can be flagged and reported with one tap.
When the session begins, the cuddler starts it in the app. A live timer begins and the cuddler’s safety settings arm automatically.
When the session time is up, the cuddler confirms they’re safe with one tap.
If the cuddler doesn’t confirm, a short grace period begins.
If the grace window passes, we automatically call or email the cuddler’s consent-confirmed safety contact.
