Yes. All sessions are strictly platonic and non-sexual. Any solicitation of sexual activity is prohibited and results in immediate removal from the platform. Both clients and cuddlers agree to this when they join.

Browse cuddlers, open a conversation, and send a proposal with your preferred service, date, time, and session type. The cuddler reviews it and accepts or declines. Once confirmed, you can coordinate the details — and contact sharing unlocks for that booking.

No. Client profiles can't be searched or browsed in any way — not by cuddlers, not by other clients, and not by search engines. Your profile becomes visible to a cuddler only after you message them first, and no one can reach out to you before that. You're always the one who makes the first move.

Cuddlers can offer sessions a few ways: at their own place, traveling to your location, or as a video session. Each cuddler lists the options they offer on their profile.

A Verified Cuddler has submitted government ID and a selfie that our team has manually reviewed to confirm their identity. The verification photos are deleted right after review. Verification confirms identity but is not a guarantee of conduct — always use your own judgment.

Cuddlers can enable a safety timer for their sessions. They start the timer when the session begins and confirm they are safe when it ends. If they don't confirm within the grace period, their designated safety contact is notified. Messaging is also monitored to keep contact details private until a booking is confirmed.

Clients pay each cuddler their set rate directly — cuddlers keep 100% of what they earn. Floffy doesn't process, hold, or take a cut of session payments; instead, cuddlers pay a flat monthly subscription for the number of bookings they want to accept. Payment happens directly between client and cuddler, and the cuddler confirms in the app once payment has been received.

After a completed session, both sides can leave a review. Reviews are double-blind: your review stays hidden from the other person until they submit theirs (or after 14 days) — this encourages honest, independent feedback rather than reactive reviewing. If you believe a review is inaccurate or violates our guidelines, you can flag or report it for our team to review.

Yes. Clients can cancel a pending proposal before it's accepted, and either party can cancel a confirmed booking before the session starts. The other person is notified automatically.

Yes. Go to Settings → Notification Settings and tap "Enable" on "Push on this device" to get real-time alerts for new messages and bookings even when the app is closed — you choose which kinds in the list below it. On a computer, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox work directly. On iPhone or iPad, you first need to add Floffy to your Home Screen (tap the Share icon in Safari → "Add to Home Screen"), then open it from that icon and enable push — Apple only allows notifications for the installed app.

Deleting your account starts a 30-day grace period: your account is deactivated — you're signed out on every device and your profile is hidden from other users — but nothing is erased yet. If you change your mind, just log back in within 30 days and everything — your profile, bookings, and messages — is fully restored. After 30 days, the account and all its data are permanently deleted and can't be recovered. If you're a cuddler and only want a break, pausing your profile is a better option — it hides you from browsing while keeping everything intact.
